COLD STARTERS

  • Mixed seasonal leaves and sprouts, semi-roasted Valencian tomato, pomegranate and red cabbage vinaigrette
  • Sour lobster, crispy pig’s trotters and spicy sea foam
  • Seared tuna belly vitello tonnato, mustard ice cream and pickled mimosa
  • Upside-down red prawn cannelloni with citrus orange bisque

 

HOT STARTERS

  • Tender octopus on parmentier with paprika sand
  • Roasted leek, caramelised almond cream, cured beef and foie gras
  • Crispy Iberian pork jowl, scallop veil with vanilla-infused cauliflower cream and samphire
  • Moray eel loin with “all i pebre” sauce and crispy skin

 

MAIN COURSES

  • Market fish cooked in the Josper oven, pickled fish bone dressing, baby vegetables and black olive soil
  • Crispy suckling pig roulade, lavender honey and pumpkin
  • Dry or creamy red lobster rice

 

DESSERTS

  • Crispy white chocolate sphere, vanilla crémeux and cherry centre
  • Cheesecake, almond crumble and red berries
  • Josper-baked apple tatin
  • Bergamot ice cream sandwich, matcha tea and aniseed chocolate

Wine service available at an additional cost of €15 p.p. VAT included, including one coffee or infusion per person plus 2 drinks per person, choosing from: house white or red wine D.O. Somontano, soft drinks, beer or water.

Guests may redeem the voucher during its validity period (6 months from the date of purchase), by booking according to availability and accepting the cancellation terms through our website: www.restaurantesubmarino.es

Vouchers may be used until the expiration date specified on them.
We kindly ask that you make your reservation at least 2 days in advance. The maximum advance booking period is 4 months.
Vouchers may be redeemed from Monday to Sunday, except on public holidays, long weekends, and/or special menu dates, in which case their use will not be permitted.
The voucher does not include access to the Oceanogràfic.
