OCEANCOOK tableware orders are shipped exclusively to addresses within Spain.
To give you complete peace of mind, all our shipments have comprehensive insurance, which protects your order against any damage caused during transport. This coverage is active for up to 24 hours after delivery.
The insurance covers both the cost of replacing the goods and the cost of transport, thus guaranteeing a complete solution in the event of an incident.
In order to apply the guarantees covered by the insurance, it is essential that you notify us of any damage within 24 hours and that you send us clear photographs of the damage to: tiendas@oceanografic.org.
