Introduction to wine tasting to learn more about the qualities of the wine, the winery, and the varieties of Bodegas Vicente Gandía.

A tasting dinner prepared by Chef Roberto León.

SCHEDULE OF “DINNER WITH WINERY”

  • 9:00 PM. ⟶ Brief talk and start of the wine tasting selected for the tasting menu with the invited winery at the Submarine Restaurant.
  • 9:30 PM. ⟶ Start of dinner.

PAIRING MENU ADAPTED TO THE WINES OF BODEGA VICENTE GANDÍA

  • Appetizer: Deer jerky and foie cannelloni.
  • Venison steak tartare, feta cheese, and piparra sorbet with spiced bread.
  • Scallops over deer marrow “royale” with pickles and natural boletus.
  • Sole fillet, trumpet mushroom sauce, and caramelized onion.
  • Wild boar cheek, sweet potato, and pine nut risotto with cured pork jowl.
  • Apple tarte tatin, chestnut cream with yuzu ice cream, and honeycomb.
